The Strength Shed offers comprehensive performance training programs aimed at turning you into an athletic powerhouse. We address all the components which are needed in maximising performance. This includes a high quality assessment; results based training, nutrition/recovery interventions, and a strong mindset.

The majority of training at The Strength Shed is conducted in a small group environment to allow each athlete to get the attention they need to take their results to the next level. Your training environment is critical for achieving your best results, and therefore only committed clients are accepted into our programs. We do not care what level you are; along as you are willing to work you are welcome into our family. The Strength Shed training environment is setup to allow you to reap the benefits of camaraderie and friendly competitiveness which brings out the best in all athletes.
